    Head of Creative Services

    As an award-winning Creative Director, Paul Wood developed innovative concepts and dynamic design for hundreds of media brand advertising, marketing and comms programs across multiple platforms. He has led creative teams in high tech, manufacturing, A.I., pharma, health care, hospitality and transportation. His unique methods of creative direction focus on visioning results for the highest degree of customer impact. As Head of Creative Services, Paul partners closely and collaborates with clients on creative concepts, designs, and production throughout the entire content lifecycle. Known for a wide variety of radically creative solutions, his ideas are grounded in a deep knowledge of what is possible and how that can be stretched for maximum impact.

    Drawing from decades of experience as a video and event producer, content strategist and marketing program manager, Brad Murphy is infused with passion for compelling content that engages audiences and drives results. He offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the entire content lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery and strategic deployment. As Head of Production, Brad is responsible for setting the course to transform a creative vision into reality, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, creatively, and strategically, delivering truly impactful content for our clients.

    With over 30 years of experience in marketing, Hope Villaluna serves as Avalon Creative Group’s  trusted Strategic Advisor navigating the evolving landscape of events and brand experiences. Her career spans leadership roles in event marketing, demand generation, and lead management at global companies such as Zendesk, Cisco, and Oracle. Hope has a proven track record of scaling digital and hybrid event programs, driving demand gen strategies that deliver measurable growth, and advising organizations on how to align creative execution with business outcomes. Known for blending strategic insight with creative vision, she provides guidance on event planning and execution,  transforming complex goals into experiences that inspire audiences and accelerate results.

    Clarence brings his unique ideas and perspective from over a decade of experience working in production houses and agencies with multi-faceted roles that range from writer, editor, animator, and director. He has handled ads and marketing films that focus more on storytelling and presentation; producing and crafting content that has purposeful motion, compelling visuals, and meaningful depth - accompanied by a high level of quality that is present from script to screen and from pre to post.

With a background in agency, in-house roles, and film, Nico brings a strong mix of technical skill and creative direction to every project.

With over 10 years of experience as a web and graphic designer for clients around the world, she leads with both creativity and clarity. As Graphic Design Lead, she guides the team in crafting fresh, on-brand visuals that connect and inspire. Whether she's designing, taking photos, painting murals, or styling events, Dan sees the world through a creative lens, because for her, creativity isn’t just work, it’s a way of life.

    John has 20 years of hands-on production experience, both in the field and behind the editing console, creating content for television and online platforms. He believes that everyone and everything has a story to tell, and he loves shaping the details that bring those stories to life. A lifelong computer and electronics enthusiast, John enjoys exploring new technologies and discovering how video can help people better understand the world around them.

    With over 15 years in media production, Adam has gained a deep understanding of how audiences and clients consume information through multimedia channels. As viewer engagement evolves rapidly, staying ahead of the curve is a personal priority. He believes strong client relationships are essential in the media production industry. Adam focuses on building rapport that fosters long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. His experience from working with global product manufacturing, biotech diagnostics, healthcare IT, and other industries has sharpened his ability to deliver work that is both professional and creatively aligned with the clients’ vision.

    Producer

    Ann is a highly accomplished and results-driven operations manager with extensive experience in video production services, station operations, news and production staff management, employee relations, project management, business development, financial management, communications, content management, marketing, contract administration and purchasing. Friendly and dedicated, Ann excels at leading teams and working with multiple levels across and outside of an organization. She is recognized as an exceptional listener and speaker who effectively conveys information and who possesses a strong passion for success driven initiatives.

  • Brandon Cooke

    Production Manager

    Brandon is an experienced audio and production professional with a lifelong passion for sound, recording, and live media. He began his career in Los Angeles, working at renowned studios such as Kingsize Soundlabs, Sunset Sound, and The Ship, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering and studio operations. He further expanded his technical expertise through work with Overstayer Recording Equipment, helping to manufacture high-end boutique audio hardware. Outside the studio, Brandon has built a versatile career in audio/visual production. He has contributed to broadcast and live event projects with NPR and Zócalo Public Square, and led full-scale livestream productions for churches in Los Angeles—managing both technical execution and overall production. Brandon combines his deep audio knowledge with a comprehensive production skill set to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences across music, broadcast, and live events.

  • David Langsam

    Director / Engineer / TD

    David is an award-winning video director and engineer, equally capable in studio, live event, remote, and hybrid production environments. With a unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise, he excels in all aspects of production, from initial concept to final delivery. David’s technical skills span the gamut from studio, control room, and systems design, to integration, and operation. This expertise led to the creation of the first virtual production studio in the San Francisco Bay Area during the Covid pandemic. David 's diverse portfolio spans corporate, live performance, film/television, sports, and educational projects. A recent career highlight includes his work on the live coverage of a total solar eclipse for NASA and the Exploratorium, for which they received a 2025 Emmy Award.
